Recruitment and Selection
• Assist in the recruitment life-cycle in recruiting qualified staff and workers for smooth operations of the plant.
• Conduct induction and orientation programs for newly recruited candidates to familiarize them with the company culture
and activities.

Contract Labour Management

• Supply of complete contract labour as per standard.


• Evaluate and hire contract labour / contractor.
• To be Handle all IR issues and ensure seamless information dissemination
• Payroll management of contractual manpower and timely salary disbursement.
• Manage for attendance, salary processing and ensure disbursement as per timelines.

Payroll, Attendance Management and Compliance

• Ensure attendance data is properly maintained in systems and registers for payroll calculation.
• Manage attendance and payroll of on roll manpower.
• Managing all types of compliance returns for manpower (like PF, ESI, Bonus, etc.) as well as for the factory (factory
license, power permit, pollution, electricity, layout, etc.).

Performance Management Facilitation

• Performance appraisal, KRA /KPI process for timely completion of PMS Records Management.
• Proper updating of Appraisal database on time.
• Planning for maintaining all filing and documentation related to personnel files of employees.
• Executing rewards and recognition programs in coordination with the Plant Head.
• Ensuring employee discipline and welfare measures.
• Prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee/industrial relations
Administration and Liaison
• Ensuring optimum cost control relating to all administrative expenses.
• Overall responsible for all administrative activities like housekeeping, canteen, gardening, office maintenance, guest
house, company vehicles, pantry, security, transport management.
• Maintaining proper liaison with all government bodies in a timely manner(Fact-Act, Boiler & Fire, UPCL etc.) .
• Plant & Maintenance Operations.
• Oversee plant repair and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with plant safety and operational standards.

Regulatory Compliance:
• Deep knowledge in Legal compliances, Labour Laws, Statutory Laws, Factory Act, Pay-roll etc
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as ISO 9001,& 22000, IATF, BRGCS & SEDEX (SIMITA 4
pillar) and other applicable standards.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies to address compliance issues.

Team Leadership:
• Team Leadership:

Risk Management:
• Identify and assess safety-related risks.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.

company policies and procedures.
