• Family covers: Employee + Spouse + 2 Children + Parents/In Laws
• Insurance Top up options - 2 lakhs, 4 lakhs or 5 Lakhs

Leave Benefits
Earned Leave 1.5 days per month i.e., 18 days per year
Sick Leave/ Casual Leave/ Care Leave 12 days of sick / casual/care leave in a year
Maternity Leave 26 weeks for 2 children and 12 weeks for more than 2 children
Applicable for up to 2 children, 10 working days (which is equivalent to 2 weeks
Paternity Leave
including the weekends)
Life Event Leave 5 days of Special leaves in a year for a life event such as Marriage (of Self) etc.
Bereavement Leave 5 days leave in the event of the death of an immediate family member
