Change Activity
• Edits to Arena data are done in advance in a Working Revision of the Item.

• When a change is in the Approval cycle, it is locked, and the affected Item
views are locked.

o Arena doesn’t allow modifications during approval routing.

o You must withdraw or reject change to edit, then resubmit.

• Revisions and phase changes become effective automatically after signoff.

o You receive an email notification
o You receive an Action in your Arena Dashboard Inbox

Step 1
• Click the link on the “Email” you receive or your Arena Dashboard In
Box “Actions”. This opens the Change Order for your review.

Step 2
• Read the Summery view of the Change to understand what the
change is doing / proposing.

Step 3
• Click the Items view to see the list of Items changing and the Views
included in this change

Step 4
• Review Redlines of Affected Items

• Approve / Reject / Ask question - Comment

• All actions require password - electronic signatures.
• Click Approve

o Only need to notify other participants if you have a question or
want to notify them of additional information you might have.
o Once a Stage is complete, the next Stage opens and participants
in that Stage are automatically notified their review is required.
o You have the option of adding additional comments to the
notification that will be sent
