Further to our telephonic discussion, we have great pleasure in welcoming you to the
Telegence Powercomm Pvt. Ltd. family and appointing you as a Safety Officer. We
believe that this position will offer you a challenging opportunity and will be
professionally and personally rewarding to you.

Your base location for all official purposes would be our MTL Location. You will be
reported at Office to our Manager Mr. Md Asif.

We wish you all the best in your new endeavor and look forward to your joining for on
08.06.2024 We are requested to give your acceptance within 24 hours after receive
this offer otherwise it will be liable to be withdrawn.
In case: if you failed to confirm the same within time limit (in any situations) then you
need to give the justification with authentic reason along with proof.

Initially you will be on probation period from joining date to three month which may
be extendable, it will be depend on your performance.

Your monthly compensation structure discussed your Gross salary is Rs.35,400/-


Per month.

While reporting on duty, you are requested to bring the documents, listed Copies of
Academic/Professional Attainments & work experience, Copy of Passport, copy of
identity proof and address proof, Pan card, 4 passport size photograph, last salary slips
or appointment letter issued by previous employer along with you. We
