A definition of the Christian doctrine of Salvation

would be “ The deliverance, by the grace of God,
from eternal punishment for sin which is granted
to those who accept, by faith, God's conditions of
repentance and faith in the Lord Jesus. “ Salvation
is available in Jesus alone (John 16:6; Acts 4:12)
and is dependent on God alone for provision,
assurance, and security. Salvation means to be
saved from something.

Prayer, in its simplest form, is a conversation with God. It is

simply talking to Him and listening to His response. The
child of God prays when he or she shares their life with
their Heavenly Father, sometimes privately
one-on-one(Matthew 6:6), and at other times with
others(James 5:16). No special buildings, rituals, postures,
tones of voice, or specific words are required. It is all about
fellowship with God and never a recital of words (Matthew
6:7).

14. At the general resurrection, there will be only 2 places that people will be. Name

SECTION B : [50]

SECTION C : Spirituality
Jesus, before His ascension, said, “Go and make disciples of all nations,
baptizing them in the Name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy
Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And
surely I am with you always, to the very end of age” (Matthew 28: 19-20).

These instructions specify that the Church is responsible to teach Jesus’

Word, make disciples, and baptise those disciples. These things are to be
done everywhere until “the very end of age.” Jesus commanded it and was
baptised Himself.

1. What is baptism? (3)

2. What does baptism do? (2)
3. Who baptised Jesus? (2)
4. What did God say when Jesus was baptised? (2)

Holy communion is essential to the spiritual life of Christians. It is not

optional; we are commanded by our Master to receive it. It is no more
optional than water baptism (Romans 6). Likewise, the Scripture says, “For
whenever you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's
death until he comes.” - 1st Corinthians 11:26.

In receiving the Lord's Supper, we are carrying out the command of our Lord.

5. What is the Holy communion? (3)

6. When, Where and by Whom was the Holy Eucharist instituted? (3)
7. What is the significance of communion? (3)
8. Who is able to take communion? (3)
9. What does the bread in communion represent? (2)
10. What does the wine in communion represent? (2)

The Apostles' Creed is a foundational statement of Christian faith,

summarizing core beliefs about God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.

The creed articulates beliefs about God the Father, Jesus Christ (His divinity,
incarnation, crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension), and the Holy Spirit.

It also affirms the importance of the Church, the forgiveness of sins, the
resurrection of the body, and eternal life.

The Apostles' Creed serves as a concise and foundational summary of core

Christian beliefs.

It's a way for Christians to publicly confess their faith and affirm their
understanding of God and Jesus.

I believe in God the Father Almighty, maker of heaven and

earth; and in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord; who was
conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and
buried; the third day he rose from the dead; he ascended
into heaven, and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father
Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and
the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic church,
the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the
resurrection of the body and the everlasting life. Amen.
