PRODUCT DATA SHEET
Hydraulic Oil AW
Anti-Oxidation, Anti-Wear, Anti-
Foam, Anti-Rust
Description:
Hydraulic Oil AW is formulated with refined paraffinic base oils. They provide excellent anti-wear
protection, oxidation and corrosion inhibition, as well as foam and aeration suppression. All
grades have excellent demulsibility characteristics.
Benefits:
• Rust and corrosion protection.
• Minimum viscosity change over a wide temperature range.
• Good anti-wear performance reducing down time.
• Resistance to oxidation to extend oil service life.
• Anti-foam property to prevent loss of hydraulic power.
• Good water separation to prevent rust to prolong equipment life.
Application:
ISO 32, 46, 68 and 100 is suitable for use in hydraulic systems where the manufacturer
recommends anti-wear with proven rust, oxidation, corrosion and foam inhibitors, & fluids with
excellent filterability with hydrolytic and demulsibility stability. Also, intended for use
predominantly in hydrostatic drive systems in which high thermal stresses occur, where corrosion
is expected. They are also most commonly used for hydraulics with vane-, piston-, or gear-type
pumps, especially where pressures exceed 1000 psi and in both internal and external hydraulic
systems with pressure > 100 bar.

Safety Information
In line with safe handling practices, it is recommended that the handling instructions outlined in
the Safety Data Sheet be followed. Store in a cool, dry, well ventilated area out of direct sunlight.
Avoid sparks, flames and other ignition sources. Store away from incompatible materials such as
materials that support combustion (oxidizing materials).
New or used material must not be allowed to enter the ground, ground water, water courses,
sewers or drainage systems. Advice may be sought from the Environmental Protection Authority
or from the local waste disposal authority.
