subsequent GOs issued by the Government from time to time.

The attention of the District Collector, Guntur is invited to the reference


3 rdcited , wherein it has been requested to issue necessary instructions to
enable the provision for updating male beneficiaries name also in the column
of applicant name where there are no women beneficiaries available in those
families due to various reasons i.e., due to death of spouse/
divorce/separation from husband etc. under Regularization Scheme, 2025
vide G.O.Ms.No.30, dt.29.01.2025.

In this regard, it is informed that Government vide G.O.Ms.No.296


Revenue (Assn.I) Department, dated 12.08.2015 have already issued orders
squarely covering the above aspect at para 12 (d) stating that “.................... .
In case of woman member is not available, the eldest male member
may be considered”.

Therefore, the District Collector, Guntur is requested to follow the


above instructions and take action accordingly.
