Hello gamers, here are my MediaFire
links to help you. Those links are now

To install the game, if you've
downloaded from a Torrent, use this
FIXED instead of the Setup.exe Put it
into the folder you have the installation
(.BIN) Oles. It includes the missing
Steam_api64.dll.
Note that is then not needed to
download again the Steam_api64.dll

If you've have installed the game with
the missing Steam_api64.dll, you can
download it and put in the folder
you've installed the game.
Note: get steam_api64.dll from an
other way (like o\cial steam, or from
other web site) will make issue: Game
not starting, asking for license, avoid
the saving process.... You must have
the correct Steam_api64.dll with the
correct crack for the dedicated game.

i did my Orst playthrough One
deleted the game then downloaded again
updated to 1.1.3.1 :
when i turn frame gen ,its so buggy this how
it looks when i move my mouse

Fixed.exe, that's One.
Read the Repack troubleshooting for
valuables hints.

Try the 2 Gb RAM limit option at the 1st
installation screen.

Have you downloaded the other Oles ? The
"fg-0x.bin" Oles ? The Setup only does not
do it for you.
But before anything,you have to be
absolutely sure your rig (CPU, GPU, RAM
Win version) meets the minimum required
to install and play TLOU.
If you've downloaded via Direct, please
unrar all the 80 parts.
If you downloaded via a Torrent or
OneDrive, please read the featured
comment above.

everything downloaded as it should be.
steam_api64 is unpacked in the folder where
the game is downloaded, not the one where
setup.exe ect. is. In english: "The program
could not start correctly (0xc00000ba). Click
on OK to close the program." I'm using:
Windows 11, updated,
Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz
3.19 GHz, 16,0 GB RAM
2070 gtx graphics card.
Antivirus is OFF - loading game as
administator
I have not seen others having this error after
searching in the comments for a while, thats
why I ask for your help. Thanks in advance.

Seams like the installation not being
Onished.
The Steam_api64.dll has to be put in the
folder your have installed the game not in
the folder where you have the setup.exe.
1st I will suggest you to check the . BIN
installation Oles : In the folder you have the
installation Oles (fx-xx.bin, setup, MD5
folder...) launch as admin the "Verify BIN
Oles before installation.bat". You must not
have CRC errors, missing the optional (like
languages) it's ok if you did not
downloaded them.
If you have downloaded via a Torrent or
OneDrive, please use the Setup-FIXED.exe
(see Featured Comment above).
Be sure your system is up to date , MS
Visual C++ Runtime (both 32 and 64 bits)
and Net Framework seetoo.

It's quite normal to get this as your GPU is
far too weak to handle TLOU. The
minimum requested is GTX 970 with 4Gb
VRAM and supporting Direct 12. The
Nvidia Geforce 6600 , launched in Augusts
2004, has 256Mb Vram and support max
Direct 9.0c .....
TLOU will NOT run on your actual rig, sorry.
May I suggest you should considering
upgrading your very old GPU.
