Annotation:

The teacher’s objective was problem-based learning. It is the


constructivism, social re-constructionism, and progressivism
philosophy of teaching that is learner-cantered. The goal of the
teacher was to develop, motivated and independent learners with
learning skills in the executive Branch of Government.

(A Children's Game in the Philippines)

How to Play:

Form two groups and choose a game leader.

Wait for the teacher's signal announcing which color


should not be touched.

Everyone must avoid touching the specified color.

Anyone caught touching the forbidden color may be


eliminated from the game.

The winner will receive ten points and token.

JUMPING BOARD (5 MINUTES)


The teacher presents pictures of 4 prominent figures

a) Are these people you see in the picture look


familiar? Can you identify who these people are in the
picture?

“Today, our lesson is very much connected about


these people you see in the picture.”

“Would you like to learn what exactly the powers of the


President are?”

o the teacher shows a picture of Spiderman and asks


the students about his power.

o the teacher shows another picture, this time image


President Marcos and ask students to mention his powers as
President.

The students will be shown some headlines and the


teacher will ask the students to answer what power of
the President is being exercised

Dramatization Present a scene depicting a power of the


President and before presenting make sure you can also
provide Graphic Organizer with the roles and powers of
the President.

Annotation

By presenting a video for analysis engages various


learning styles, allowing students to connect with the
material through visuals, sound, reflection, and
discussion, ensuring a more inclusive learning
experience.

5. Assessment PAPER & PEN ASSESSMENT

Write an essay or make a poem, slogan or a collage on how


the president can properly utilize the power given to him.

( 5 minutes)

6.Assignment/ Agreement The teacher will give assignment to the learners to


supplement their learning process.

1. The student will be asked to fill-in a DRS which


illustrates the Programs and Issues and Controversies
during the incumbency of the said president.
