The submission is in the form of an individual written personal professional
development plan. This should be written in a concise, formal business style using
single spacing and font size 12. You are required to make use of headings, paragraphs
and subsections as appropriate, and all work must be supported with research and
referenced using the Harvard referencing system.
Please also provide a reference list using the Harvard referencing system. The
recommended word limit is 2,000 words although you will not be penalised for
exceeding the total word limit.

Based on reflective practice and self-evaluation, create a detailed personal and
professional development plan that outlines your journey toward achieving this career
goal, including specific milestones and development activities to bridge any identified
capability gaps.
The portfolio must contain the following:
1. A job description of the position
2. A personal SWOT analysis and skills audit to evaluate your suitability for the job
3. A Personal Development Plan (PDP) to achieve your job goals
4. A resume for the position
5. A reflective statement on your development progress and future application
