I am Charelle D. Halasan, a student in your TechWrite_BSSW201 class. I


would like to inform you that I was not able to attend your class on August 16,
2024, because I had to attend my grandfather’s burial ceremony. This was a
significant and emotional event for my family and it was important for me to be
there.

My classmates informed me that there was a 50-item quiz, which I missed


due to my absence. Therefore, I kindly request your consideration in allowing
me to take a special quiz to make up for the missed score.

I am hoping that you can understand my situation and give me an opportunity
