Inclusive:
1. All the material mentioned in the Quotation/Invoice will be installed at your place.
2. Any Invoiced Material if not installed at the site
and is sealed will be taken back and the amount will be removed from the Final Invoice.

Exclusive:
1. Any type of Civil work is not included in our Quote.
2. Any Electrical work like Supply of Electrical Sockets, Cabling, MCB Installation, Power Banks, UPS Installation, etc., is not in our Scope.
3. PVC Pipes and Casing Service work is excluded in the scope and Customer has to arrange the accessories.
Terms and Conditions:
WARRANTY DETAILS:

1. 24 Months Warranty on Wired Cameras, Digital/Network Video Recorders, Hard Disk Drives.
2. 12 Months Warranty on Wireless Cameras, Biometric Devices, Switch Mode Power Supply and Video Door Phones.
3. Warranty is not covered for any Physical Damages or Burns or Short Circuits) - Only for Dahua Brand and ERD SMPS - Warranty is covered for burns.
4. Free Service Warranty is only for 15 days from the date of Invoice. After that Service charges are levied on the customer based on the issue.
5. If any material goes for repairs - approximately the product will be repaired in 12 to 25 working days and will be installed at the customer premises for minimal
service charges.

PAYMENT TERMS.

1. 50 Percent Advance along with Purchase order. (If site is getting delayed by the customer, then 10 percent Token Amount has to be given for locking the quotation
for a month)
2. 50 Percent Balance Payment After Handing Over.
