1.0 Subject to another 10% of retention instead of 5%

performance bond, and will be released upon CPC

2.0 Contractor's All Risks Insurance including Liability

and Workmen's, Compensation of SOCSO for full
value of the Contract or of the labour, costs as
applicable.

3.0 Temporary power and other supplies for works

inclusive of fees, connections, temporary reticulation
works and utilities consumption, removals and
reinstatement upon completion of works etc.

4.0 Keeping site clean at all times inclusive of clearing

of trade debris on daily, basis to designated area on
site and carting away from site on weekly basis or
as per required by Building owner.
5.0 Progress Report: Submission of progress
photograph, submission material sample for
approval prior to commencement and submission of
technical report

6.0 Testing & Commissioning

1.0 Dismantle all partition, doors, carpet ,ceiling & Lot 1

remove and disposal of the existing centralised air
conditioning ducting etc.

2.0 Removal of the unused networking cable & wayar Lot 1
