1. Combine phase A and start heating to 75°C.
2. Combine phase B to form a slurry and add to phase A under low shear until evenly
dispersed (full viscosity will be achieved the next day). Heat phase A/B to 75°C.
METHOD
3. Combine ingredients in phase C and heat to 75°C.
4. Add phase C to phase A/B and stir under medium shear until a homogenous, glossy
emulsion forms. Allow to start cooling under continuous mixing.
5. Allow to cool <35°C and add phase D. Stir until homogenous.
6. Allow to cool <25°C and adjust pH to 7.2 – 7.5.
Note: Stir product again next day before pouring off – full viscosity/stability will be achieved
overnight.
