Report

I-Introduction:
Homeroom Parent-Teacher Association meeting is an important thing in
every school year. It helps both teacher and parents to decide of the things to be
done during the whole school year. It will motivate the parents and the teacher to
work hand in hand for the sake of the child.

II-Output:

In connection with the statement above, teacher Okora I. Mauyag, Adviser


from Grade 6, conduct the first PTA meeting on August 2, 2024 at Munai Central
Integrated School, Old Poblacion, Munai, Lanao del Norte. The following agenda were
tackled:

1. Election of Homeroom PTA Officers.


2. PTA Projects
3. Learner’s Requirements
4. Change of school uniform
5. Other matters

Elected HRPTA officers along with the other parents to agreed on the things
stated in the agenda.

Indeed, it was a fruitful day because every parent was eager to support
the school in terms of the development of the learners.

III-Remarks:

The activity was successfully conducted and hoping for the good result.
