ABOUT THE CONFERENCE
Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and Project Saksham 3.Ois proud to organize an international
conference on "Access to Justice: Innovations and Challenges." This conference aims to bring together
scholars, practitioners, policymakers, and students to discuss and explore various aspects of access to
justice. The conference will provide a platform for sharing innovative solutions, best practices, and
identifying challenges that impede access to justice globally. The conference will feature an inaugural
session, a series of panel discussions, paper presentations, and a valedictory session

The Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, established in 1924, is a premier legal institution known for
excellence and inclusivity. It has produced top judges, advocates, policymakers, and leaders. Offering

roject Saksham 3.O stands as a testament to the enduring commitment of the esteemed
P
alumni from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. Building on the strong foundations
of Saksham 1.O and Saksham 2.O, this initiative aims to create a just, compassionate, and
inclusive society. Through legal aid, educational resources, medical support, and
community outreach, the project strives to uplift marginalized sections of society.

POCSO training sessions. Offer a collaborative platform for legal professionals to share
resources and assist those in need.
ABOUT THE THEME
Access to justice is a fundamental pillar of a fair and equitable society, yet millions worldwide continue
to face barriers in asserting their legal rights. This conference, Access to Justice: Innovations and
Challenges, brings together scholars, legal practitioners, policymakers, and civil society actors to
explore the evolving landscape of justice delivery.
With a focus on innovative approaches, emerging challenges, and global best practices, the
conference aims to examine the state of access to justice worldwide, foster collaboration among
stakeholders, and provide a platform for sharing groundbreaking research and practical solutions. By
addressing topics such as legal empowerment, civil society’s role, technological advancements, and
human rights considerations, this event aspires to shape policies and initiatives that make justice more
inclusive and accessible for all.
Through thought-provoking discussions and insightful research presentations, participants will engage
in a critical dialogue on how legal systems can adapt to contemporary challenges while ensuring

REGISTRATION PROCESS:
To register for the event, kindly follow these steps:

Fill the Registration Form:
Complete the online registration form with your details, including your name, contact
information, and affiliation.
Upload Required Documents: If you are a faculty member, research scholar,
or practicing advocate, please upload your professional credentials (e.g., ID
card, certificate).
Payment of Registration Fees:
Proceed with the payment as per the category applicable to you.
A Confirmation Email will be sent upon successful registration and payment.
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
The event is open to individuals from various categories:
Faculty: Teachers and Professors in universities and educational institutions.
Research Scholars: PhD and M. Phil students involved in research activities.
Practicing Advocates: Legal professionals with active practice.
Students: Undergraduate (UG) and Postgraduate (PG) students.
Foreign Participants of various Universities and Institutes.

Deadline: 18 April 2025
Reading as practice is declining and writing as an art is suffering. In this conference, we aim to preserve
both. We intend to publish content that is intellectually engaging and aligns with our motto.
Therefore, we seek submissions dealing with legal topics of contemporary relevance. Currently, we are
accepting submissions in the following niches:

Guidelines For Submission:
1. T he abstract should not exceed 250 words, excluding the title, keywords,and Paper should not exceed
3000 words including abstrat.
2. All submissions must adhere to strict plagiarism guidelines. The acceptable plagiarism limit is 10%.
Additionally, the use of AI-generated content is strictly prohibited.
3. The abstract should provide a comprehensive paper overview, clearly stating the theme, specific topic,
methodology, aims, and scope.

5. All participants will be provided with - a certificate of participation. Best 50 papers will be published
in Book Published by The Project Saksham the first edition.

Title:
The title should be concise and descriptive, not exceeding 15 words. It should be in bold font and center
alignment.
Author Details:
Provide the full name, designation, institution, College Ids, and contact details (email and phone
number) of all authors.
Co-authorship is permitted with a maximum of two authors per submission.
Submissions must be original, unpublished work and should not have been submitted, published, or
presented elsewhere.
Upon acceptance, detailed paper submission guidelines, and a link will be provided to make the
payment.

The deadline for submission is 18th April, 2025.
Late submissions will not be entertained.
Review Process:
A panel of the editorial board will conduct a review for each submission.
Acceptance will be sent to the corresponding author via mail after review with further details of the paper
submission.
Accepted papers/abstracts will be presented at the conference as oral presentations.
