Each person has the capacity to grow and to develop himself/herself. This also includes the understanding of oneself on the changes a person may experience either it is
psychological, physiological, mental, social, and spiritual. Moreover, the Holistic Development is a process of self-actualization and learning that combines an individual’s mental,
physical, social, emotional, and spiritual growth. By understanding oneself further, it may lead to becoming a responsible person that can evaluate his/her thoughts, feelings, and
behaviors

A.Cognitive Behavioral Restructuring Worksheet
To understand the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviors, the students will list down real-life scenario and effects on each base from how one should react.

B. Adult Interview
For the students who are preparing for their adult life responsibly, they will conduct an interview of the people they admire the most.

Instruction:
1. Identify at least 3 responsible people that they admire. It can be family, relatives, neighbor, friends, or their teacher.
2. Interview each one of them about: a. their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors towards different situations; b. ways on becoming a responsible person
3. Base from the collected answers, draw out your insights and express it through drawing, poem, song writing, singing, dancing, and acting.
