Article 2. Responsibilities and interests of the person signing the contract.
1. Responsibility:
- Implement teaching activities in accordance with programs and plans and ensure the quality
requirements of the teaching subject.
- Perform duties of teachers in accordance with the law on education and legal provisions related to
guest lecturing contracts.
2. Benefits:
- Enjoy salary based on competencies.
- Salary will be reviewed periodically as per the policy of the School.
- Be provided with and support necessary documents, equipment and working facilities.
Article 3. Obligations and powers of the head of the unit
1. Obligations:
- Ensure the correct implementation of the commitments in the Contract.
- Provide and create conditions for the employees to use equipment and means to perform teaching
activities.
- Full payment of teaching remunerate every month
2. Powers:
- Have the right to terminate the job and terminate the employment lecturing contract when the contract
signer fails to comply with the commitments and obligations stated in the contract, affecting the school.
Article 4. Terms of implementation
- The two parties undertake to strictly comply with the Articles stated in the Contract.
- This contract is made into 02 copies with equal value, each party keeps one copy.
- This document constitutes an employment agreement between these two parties and was made at
Kiddy Garden School.
