Problem Description:
On the printout every 35mm a line in cross feeding direction ( See first day printout sample)
Images below are downscaled A4 pages
Solution / Work-around / Answer:
The stripes occurring every 35 is a result of the material which is used for the developer rollers.
The developer rollers are made from a flexible material, the rollers might get slightly deformed due to a constant
pressure on the developer roller when the cartridges are stored for a longer period of time.
From the moment the printer is being used the developer rollers will start to rotate and this will bring the slightly
deformed developer rollers back into its normal shape.
The stripes will disappear in a period of approximately 5 days after the print unit has been installed in a working
printer.

Printout day 3 Printout day 4
Printout day 5
The period of 5 days is an average and can differ depending on the storage period of the print units.
The number of pages printed has less effect on the recovery of the deformation then the time period. Printing a
few pages per day will be enough to achieve the recovery.
