Thank you for the purchase − here's your Nando's E-Voucher
• The E-Voucher can be redeemed online at www.nandos.co.za, on the Nando’s App or in Nando’s restaurants in
South Africa
• The E-Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue
• The E-Voucher length is 12 numeric digits
• The E-Voucher will not work on any other delivery app
• The E-Voucher is non-transferable and can only be used by the person who received it or purchased it
• Any unused balance on the E-Voucher after the expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or
refunded
• Multiple E-Vouchers cannot be combined for a single purchase (only one E-Voucher can be redeemed per
transaction)
• Partial redemption is not possible; no change is given on E-Voucher, full balance needs to be used
• Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date
• The E-Voucher can be redeemed against all products for sale in a Nando’s restaurant in South Africa, provided
that an E-Voucher may not be used for the purchase of alcohol as a take-away item
• The E-Voucher cannot be (i) redeemed for cash, (ii) returned for a refund, (iii) have their balances consolidated
to a new E-Voucher and/or (iv) be replaced after expiry and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards
or securities.
• If your purchase exceeds the value of the E-Voucher, the balance must be paid by cash, debit or credit card
• If you return any products you have purchased using an E-Voucher, the balance will be credited to you as a
credit note and is to be redeemed against subsequent purchases
• The E-Voucher cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. If you suspect an unauthorised activity, immediately report
this to [email protected] providing all the details including proof of purchase of the E-Voucher, the
Voucher number and a photo ID for verification purposes
• The E-Voucher is not refundable for product returns i.e. if you return an item on which an E-Voucher was
redeemed, we will not be able to issue you with a new E-Voucher
• Nando’s reserves the right to cancel an E-Voucher if we deem such action necessary. If so, we may either
provide a replacement E-Voucher of equivalent value unless we suspect fraud in relation to an E-Voucher
• Nando’s may change or replace the Terms from time to time
General Terms & Conditions for e-voucher
• To redeem, present this original electronic voucher, along with proper identification, at the specified outlets.
• At physical point of sale Partner can deny redemption in case proper identification is not being provided.
• The electronic voucher is valid only for select dates as mentioned on the voucher.
• The electronic voucher will not be re-issued if expired, destroyed or lost.
• Photocopies of this electronic voucher are not valid and will not be accepted.
• Your electronic voucher cannot be returned in full or part, or swapped or exchanged for cash.
• Please note this electronic voucher can only be redeemed with specified partner.
• No third party can be made liable for this voucher redemption.
