Chatammo

Chatbot Set Up
Step by Step

After signing up for your 14 day trial

Go to https://chatammo.net and login

This takes you to https://chatammo.net/dashboard

Click on Facebook & Instagram on the left hand side menu

Click on “Login with facebook”

This will populate with all of your facebook pages, groups and
any Instagram accounts that you have which are both
business accounts and linked to facebook account
Choose the facebook page you want to connect to
Chatammo to and click on the plug icon.

Now click on “Bot Manager” on the left hand side menu.

As long as you see the “Change to Instagram” button then

you are on the right screen for Facebook.
Make sure that the Facebook page you want to connect is
showing in the dropdown

To create your flow from scratch you would need to click on

“Create new flow” but for this we are going to click on
“Import from template”

This will bring you to the templates page.

There are currently 5 pages of templates, they start at the
oldest with the most recently added at the bottom, on page 5.

Find the one you want to try out and click on

“Install template”. You can always change it
later.

For this I have chosen the most recently

added template
You will then get a warning message. Nothing to worry
about and unless you don’t want to add Chatammo to your
facebook page click on “yes”.

Success! Occasionally you may get an error message (which

you can ignore) but click OK to move on either way.
Now Your bot manager page will look like this. Showing the
"Bot Selling Bot Flow Start" as the reference name for the
template you have just installed.

To see how this looks as a flow, click on the edit icon

This shows 2 starting points for the sequence, triggers are

words that people enter into your bot from your facebook
page. Most people won't come this way but worth noting
that these are case sensitive so if your trigger is "hi" then
"Hi" won't trigger it!

However most people will be entering your sequence from

an ad, a blog post, social media, email etc. or will use the
"get started" button.
Another thing to be aware of is that this is a template made
by someone else so if there are any names, affiliate links, or
download links you will need to amend these to yours.

There is a download button which takes you to download

the Digital Marketing Manifesto volume 1. This is the lead
magnet that Shaun created for everyone to recreate using
their own affiliate links.

You need to amend this link to your own link. You can host
the lead magnet for free on Groovemember as part of your
free Groove account and put the link here.

To add these to Groove, go to your dashboard and click on

Groovemember from either the left-hand side drop-down
menu or the Quick links
Either will bring you to the Groovemember Dashboard, now
click on "files"

Click the "Upload File" button

Then drag & drop or

browse your computer for
your ebook and then
upload

Once this has uploaded, click on the "Actions" Dropdown and

click on "Copy URL". Paste this link inside the flow template to
replace the link used for the download button.
The 2nd download button links to download the Digital
Marketing Manifesto volume 3, again you will need to repeat
the above process (if using Groovemember) and change this
to your own download link.

This text box in the previous image tells them that they
have been automatically signed up to Groove. which will
happen if you have put that process into place and are a
Groove affiliate yourself, which you will be even with a free
Groove account.

The flow separates into 3

options: Marketing, Sales &
Engagement. In the middle of
the "Sales" part of the flow
there is a link to an
ecommerce store.

You can leave this as it is as an example or you can change

it to a store of your own or a client's. If you are just
interested in what an ecommerce store inside of Chatammo
can look like then just hit the link yourself. Then click on the
link inside the flow. It takes you here.
At the end of the "engagement"
flow there is a link to "Get
Chatammo" You need to change
this to your affiliate link.

To edit the download

links double click in the
download box (not the
link itself, this will just
take you to the link
destination).

A box will then pop up on

the right hand side of the
screen so you can amend
the links. Click "done"
when finished or it won't
save.

The flow is then set up for further sequences to be sent 15 mins,

30 mins, 23 hours, 2 days, 4 days and 5 days later in order to
incorporate the Affiliate Marketing training course.

After 15 mins there is a link to the Complete Affiliate Success Step

by Step Cheat Sheet. You need to change this to incorporate your
affiliate link
At the end of the 15 mins sequence
there are 2 more boxes.

Get more sends them to a you tube

video, You can replace this link with
a custom pages link which will tag
them with your affiliate link

The "Get Chatammo" box needs

your affiliate link.

After 23 hours they get a link to the Digital Marketing Manifesto

Marketing Training and are also invited to join the affiliate
program. These both need your relevant affiliate links
Another 24 hours later (day 2)
they get a link to the Day 2
Training so you will need to
add your relevant affiliate link
for this

Day 3 and I noticed a error,

the ones highlighted here
need to be changed to Day 3
(if they haven't already been
amended).

You will also need to change

the link for the Day 3 video
to your affiliate link
At the end of the Day 3
sequence there is also a
message telling them how to
access the Groove account
that ha been set up for them.

You need to ensure that the

password you used to set up
their account is the same as
in the message.

Then, of course, you will also

need to change the link for
the Day 4 video to your
affiliate link

And finally, you will also need

to change the link for the Day
5 video to your affiliate link
for the 5th video.
If you want to change any of the text to make the wording
sound more like your own voice then just double click on
the box and it will open up in a separate box as I mentioned
before which will enable you to amend it. Don't forget to
click on "Done" when you have finished.

Then click on the save icon in the top right hand corner of
the screen to save the template
