3-Accreditation & Info Disk


The accreditation is personal, non-transferable and compulsory to control access to training, competition hall,
functions and official transport. It identifies individuals participating in the Doha world Cup and ensures
controlled access to each area. All participants and officials are required at all times, to wear Accreditation
Cards and respect those personnel responsible for monitoring entry. The Info Disk will be in each hotel & Hall

13-Orientation Meeting
The Orientation Meeting will be held on Tuesday 16th April will start 06:30 PM at Aspire Dom (Judges
meeting room) , The presence of the participating NF to the orientation meeting is mandatory.
Delegations have to attend this meeting with a maximum of 2 accredited members per delegation.

14-Medal Award Ceremony


According to the FIG regulations, the gymnasts are requested to wear the National Track Suit during the
awarding ceremonies. Please ensure that your Federation’s medallists are in time for the line-up prior to
the ceremonies.

15-TV & Media coverage


The host broadcaster is Al Kass Channel. Local media representatives covering events will be
accredited in accordance with FIG media rules.

16-Drawing of Lots
The gymnasts' drawing of lots for all FIG Individual Apparatus World Cup events will take place on site
immediately after the orientation meeting or during a separate function organized for the draw.
At the time of the nominative registration, the apparatus on which the gymnast will compete must be
mentioned. Modifications can be made. Gymnast may be changed, and apparatus can be added as long as
2 gymnasts/apparatus/NF is respected.

17-Music
All music must be downloaded on ClicknClear platform. please make sure to come to the DJ’s desk for a
quick check during podium training session.

18-Competition Format
The competition will be held in accordance with the FIG Technical Regulation and the rules for the FIG
individual apparatus World Cup Series in Artistic Gymnastics.
For the qualification competition the gymnasts will be divided into groups as per the drawing of lots
results.
For qualification & apparatus finals will be a one touch warm-up granted for 30 seconds (Uneven Bars
and Parallel Bars: 50 seconds) to each gymnast at the start of each group. For the Apparatus Finals, this
touch warm-up will be made in two groups as per the starting order:
• Gymnasts 1, 2, 3, 4 do their touch warm-up and compete first
• Gymnasts 5, 6, 7, 8 do their touch warm-up and compete second
Gymnasts will be free to return to the Warm-Up Hall if they should wish. However, it is their
responsibility to be back in the FOP in time for their performance.
19-Competition Results
Event results will be live on event web site: www.dohagym.com
important note:
During qualifying and finals, only 1 gymnast, 1 coach, and 1 medical staff are allowed on the FOP during
competition.
If there are 2 gymnasts in the same group, there will be 2 coaches with 1 medical staff.
