Determination of Chloride (Cl-):
- 10g of starch sample 350 ml of D.W (mix for 30 mints).
- Transfer sample into a 500 ml volumetric flask.
- Keep on washing cup with D.W and fill up to the line.
- Take 20 ml of Sample using measuring cylinder + Potassium Chromate (10 – 20
drops) + titration against AgNo3 (0.1 N), end point reddish.
