JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to Cost,
Re- source Deployment, Time over-runs and Quality Compliance to ensure satisfactory
execution of projects. Supervising the construction process from the conceptual development
stage through final construction, making sure that the project gets done on time and within
budget. Leading a team of professionals; ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of
man- power (designers & engineers).
Evaluating & determining appropriate construction delivery systems and the most cost-
effective plan and schedule for completing the project. Ensuring the construction happens as
per the approved designs and no deviations take place.
Ensuring any deviation that needs to be adjusted has the proper approval from the relevant
stake holders. Ensure proper audit process in place and all compliance/safety related guidelines
are followed/adhered to for the project.
To ensure highest quality delivery to delight our customer & encourage a culture of FTR (First
Time Right) which is effectively done with initiation, innovation and sharing thru culture,
atmosphere & ethics where individuals find fun at work. Ensure all safety norms are followed
and there is nil non-compliance to the set rules and guide-lines.
Periodically check and audit the quality of material being used and ensure proper com-pliancy
to the Organization's standards and checklists.
Reviewing designs, drawings, specifications, BOQ & modifications required to suit to
prevailing site conditions, checking survey works with modern equipment.
Ensure all plans are approved from the internal stakeholders, customer / client,
government au-thirties and adequate permissions are in place through the ROW
department for rollout of the project.

1 in Madhya Pradesh Region & Ensuring Team management for network breakdowns & Cable
Safeguarding.
• Ensuring timely completion and maintenance of all network breakdowns.
• Attending OFC cut along the route Locating the fault, Preparation and Splicing of OFC along
with permanent restoration of the same.
• Ensure Signoff of AMC documents from BSNL & PICG Within specified timelines.

are completed within timelines. Ensure chambers and ducting for permanent restoration is done as
per BSNL guidelines.
• Daily FRT management and coordination to minimize fiber cuts. Priorities and balance tasks for FRT

• Efficient use of FIM material and validate consumption on field level on weekly basis.
• Ensure SLA management of service partner and optical transparency. Impose penalties on field
if contract guidelines are violated.
• Monthly validation/verification/Audit of local warehouse, FIM material consumption, OTDR
trace reports, splice Loss report for finalizing billing of service partner.
