1. Discuss in detail various kinds of punishments provided under the Indian Penal Code.
Which punishments were abolished from the Indian Penal Code ? 25

Describe in detail the theories of causation of crime given by Criminologist, Lombroso,
Enrico and Donald Taft.

2. Explain in detail the Arguments justifying death sentence and against the death
sentence. Discuss the constitutionality of the Death Sentence taking into consideration
the approach of the Apex Court. 25

Explain the following provisions under the Criminal Procedure Code :
(1) Provisions relating to tendering Pardon to Accomplice.
(2) Order to release on Probation of good conduct or after admonition.

3. Discuss about the mechanism for Rehabilitation and Social Re-integration of Children
