Job Description: The Mind Garden is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our
team. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals and couples
and conducting psychological assessments. Freshers are welcome to apply as well. As a Clinical Psychologist, you
will play a vital role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a diverse range of mental health concerns, including but
not limited to anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma-related disorders, and personality disorders.
Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate clients' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral
functioning.
● Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and evidence-based
practices.
● Provide psychotherapy services to clients using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral
therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches amongst others.
● Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health
professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.
● Monitor clients' progress throughout treatment, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide ongoing support and
guidance.
● Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
● Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of psychology and participate in professional development
activities, such as workshops, conferences, and continuing education programs.
● Contribute to the organization's mission by participating in outreach efforts, community education programs, and
advocacy initiatives aimed at reducing mental health stigma and promoting mental wellness.
Qualifications:
● Super specialisation degree (M Phil. or Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
● Valid license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of Delhi (RCI).
● 1-4 years of experience in providing psychotherapy and conducting psychological assessments, preferably in a
clinical setting. Freshers are welcome to apply as well.
● Demonstrated expertise in a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques.
● Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
● Commitment to ethical principles and professional standards of conduct in psychology practice.
