Punch List of OAC/PAC at Burimari 33/11 KV GIS Substation

1. Report and Trend pages, measurements are not active at SAS as Energy meter data have not
been taken to SAS.
2. SAIDI & SAIFI have not been implemented as per instruction and punch list of
commissioning.
3. Oil Leakage has been found at inlet valve of Transformer-02 and OLTC chamber of
Transformer-02.
4. All kinds of approved drawing and catalogues (5sets) shall be submitted in bound book as per
contract document.
5. All drawings (.dwg) file of approved layout shall be submitted to design & Inspection division.
6. 11kV Outgoing feeder cable trench from building to rising pole shall be constructed.
7. A simple bit below the unloading door shall be constructed to resist heavy rain water.
8. Main gate height shall be increased.
9. One deep tube well should be installed for the convenience of drinking water.

10. Boundary drain shall be repaired for solving the problem of waterlogging.
11. Power cables are laid and coiled on the floor of cable room. Cable rack shall be installed and
cable shall be laid on that for the convenience of further maintenance work and safety.
12. As per the item no:2 of schedule-1 there is scope of supply of LA, DOFC and MCCB. No LA,
DOFC and MCCB was provided at Burimari site.

14. As per the item no:24 of schedule-1 earthing resistance of the substation shall be maximum
0.25 ohm. 4 (Four) nos. of 100m boring shall be done at four corners of the switchyard mesh.
15. Outdoor lighting is not sufficient at Burimari. Street lighting must be installed as per TD.
16. Extra glass on the table shall be installed as it is mentioned in the contract document.
17. Fiber Ladder shall be supplied for the convenience of taking energy meter reading.
18. The scheduled quantity for 33kV, 11kV, and 0.4kV underground power cables, along with the
PLI quantity, consumed quantity, and store returned quantities, do not match. Kindly provide
proper clarifications to reconcile these discrepancies.
19. Lightening protection of building & substation is provided without any design approval. Need
proper approval and clarification.
