smooth, comfortable, and a positive experience for the
attendees, and aligning with the event’s objective.
 Every classroom designs an exhibit/display of student’s
outputs and performances.
 Other efficient logistic arrangements related to the activity
were made through the teachers’ contribution of time,
effort, and participation to ensure that the desired outcomes
were achieved, minimized disruptions, and ensure a smooth
and effective execution of the endeavor.

Meeting Objective/s:
 Presentation of projects and programs.
 Provide reporting and feedbacking on students’ academic progress through distribution
of report cards and parent-teacher conference.
 Giving of rewards and recognition through exhibit of learner’s output and giving of
certificates of recognition.

Agenda item:

1. School General PTA meeting for the discussion and presentation of projects and
programs.
1.1. The department heads of different subject area were tasked to present and
discuss some projects and programs of the school for the school year.
1.2. Dr. Maria Elena A. Jarito, school principal of Francisca Dominice National High
School thanked the parents/guardians for attending the said activity. She also
gave updates on various school reports and activities for the school year.
2. Recognition of academic awardees
2.1. Giving of recognition to academic awardees were successfully conducted in
every classroom to praise learner’s efforts, dedication, and progress for the
quarter.
3. Parent-Teacher-Adviser conference and feedback giving
3.1. The election of HRPTA officers was conducted and roles and responsibilities of
the elected officers were reiterated
3.2. The rules and regulations of the school and classroom were clearly stated to
establish clear expectations for student behavior, promoting a safe and
productive learning environment by outlining guidelines for conduct, respect,
responsibility, and appropriate actions within the school premises, allowing
students to focus on learning while understanding the consequences of
misbehavior.

3.3. The adviser gave updates about the learner’s behavior and academic
performance for the quarter.
3.4. The parents were advised to monitor their child at home for them to check
whether they have their projects and assignments done because there are some
of the students with no grade in some subject area.

4. Distribution of SF9 (report card)


4.1. The teacher-adviser distributed the report cards to the parents/guardian for them
to be able to check their child’s progress

4.2. The parents of those students with no grade for a particular subject area were
instructed to see the subject teacher for them to be aware of the problem about
their child’s performance for the quarter.
5. Exhibit/display of student’s outputs and performance
5.1. Every adviser put efforts to showcase student’s products through an
exhibit/display in their respective classroom.
