INTRODUCTION
• KoBo Toolbox is a free open-source tool
for mobile data collection, available to all.
It allows you to collect data in the field
using mobile devices such as mobile
phones or tablets, as well as with paper
or computers.

• It is a powerful tool that can help to


improve the efficiency and effectiveness
of data collection, and to ensure that
data is collected in a way that is aligned
with development programme indicators
and result-based management (RBM).
KOBO COLLECT AND RBM
• KoboCollect and Development Programme Indicators: it can be
used to create custom forms that collect data on the indicators that
are relevant to a particular programme. It can also be used to collect
data from existing surveys or datasets.

• KoboCollect and Result-Based Management: it can be used to


collect data on the indicators that are used to track the progress of a
programme. It can also be used to generate reports that show the
progress of the programme over time.
