Warranty & Limitation of Liability


Unless we hand over the project to the client and the payment is done, the project will be under
warranty from the date of acceptance of our development proposal. During this time, if the
backend malfunctions, or doesn’t operate in any way, then we take the necessary steps to fix the
issue and ensure that the Software operates according to the specifications. However, our
services remain at your disposal for any future assistance.

Any issues caused due to modification of any files in the server by the client side then PicoVision
is not responsible after that if PicoVision has to fix the problem it will be chargeable. After
freezing the quotation from both sides if any additional features and changes are added that will
be chargeable. After freezing the design only the development will start. According to that, the
timeline may slightly change.
