Welcome to T.I.M.E. Kids!

Welcome back to another year at T.I.M.E. Kids with your child entering PP1 - a wonderful year of inquiry and
learning!

At T.I.M.E. Kids, we believe in providing a positive educational experience for every child through a rich and
stimulating environment! We encourage a love of learning by enabling children to experience their own stage of
development and helping them feel success without pressure.

Our goal is to provide an atmosphere where kids can grow socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually.
We look forward to seeing your child’s growth and development throughout the course of the year.

We believe that children thrive and grow holistically when they are in our loving and nurturing environment with
our committed and dedicated staff demonstrating love and acceptance in both words and actions!

The well-researched and sound curriculum with its age-appropriate activities would surely delight your little one
and help discover his / her potential.

A brief up of the curriculum for Pre-Primary 1 (Your child's next class)


Language: Pattern Writing, Writing of letters of the Alphabet Aa-Zz, Phonetic CVC blends (vowel sounds) –
reading and writing of 3 letter words (a, e, i, o, u) understanding & answering simple questions, picture reading,
listening to stories.

Number Work: Writing of numbers 1-100, Number names 1-5, Value of numbers, Introduction of Numerical
concepts: Before / After, Counting Backwards, Missing numbers, concept of small- big / big to small.

2nd Language: Introduction of basic letters (swar only) – tracing, reading and writing, Picture – beginning letter
association (phonemic awareness)

Pre math Concepts: Tall / Short, Half / Full, Same / Different, Far / Near, More / less, Up / Down.

GK / EVS: Parts of the body and its functions, Me and My World, Health and Hygiene, Safety at School, Our
Environment, Plants and Trees, Community Helpers, Means of Transport, Animals, Sun, Moon and Stars etc.

Story Time: Around 9 stories related to the themes and concepts.

Special Days and Celebrations: Related to the themes and Concepts (around 21 across the year)

Competitions: Recitation (English / Hindi), Fancy Dress, Drawing / Colouring, Story Telling

Assessments: Informal Class Assessments

PTM: Every alternate month beginning July (5 times in a year)

Annual Day: A cultural evening showcasing the talent of the little ones (once in a year)

Note: Initial kit and Study Material for the new Academic session would be given on the Parent Orientation day.
