Dear Client,
FREELANCE WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT
This Freelance Website Development Contract is entered into on 15-07-24 by and between Thomas
("Client") and Harsh Verma ("Developer").
1. Scope of Work
The Developer agrees to perform the following services for the Client:
Website Design and Development
Creation of a custom website design tailored to the Client's specifications.
Development of the website from scratch.
Responsive design to ensure website functionality on various devices (desktop, tablet, mobile).
Structuring the website for lead generation and performance marketing.
Unlimited revisions for 7 days post-completion.

2. Timeline
The project will commence on 16-07-24 and is expected to be completed by 22-07-24.

3. Support and Revisions


20 days of free support post-completion for minor changes.
Unlimited revisions for 7 days post-completion.

4. Launch and Deployment


Deployment of the website to the Client’s hosting server.
Final testing and confirmation of site functionality post-deployment.

5. Payment Terms
1. Total Project Fee: [ $276 ]
2. Payment Schedule:
35% payment on fiverr.
65% upon final project delivery and approval by 22-07-24.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the developed website will be transferred to the Client upon full payment.
The Developer retains the right to use the project for portfolio purposes.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information exchanged during the project confidential.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate this Contract with 7 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the Client
will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Miscellaneous
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Any amendments to this Contract
must be made in writing and signed by both parties. This Contract is governed by the laws of India.
