Upon proceeding, the Aadhaar Verification window will appear. Please


complete the electronic Know Your Customer (eKYC) process to verify your
identity and authenticate your Aadhaar details.

For Panchayat Secretary: Select Department, Office Type: Level 4, Office,


Designation, Class: Level (accordingly), DDO: No, Mobile Number
Note: "Please enter your registered mobile number, which will be utilized for:

1. Receiving confirmation messages after registration.

2. Sending login notifications each time you access your account.

Ensure that the mobile number provided is accurate and up-to-date to facilitate seamless communication."

After successful addition of Employee, message will be sent for updating


Password on registered mobile number. User have to click on it and update the
password.
Below is the message after successful registration of Employee in HIMACCESS
Your Him Access Account ID has been successfully created! Your Account ID is "
+officialEmail+ "To activate the Account, please contact your DDO / Nodal
Officer. Once activated, you can start " +"using your Account by resetting the
password at https://himparivar.hp.gov.in/sso-admin/password.
User have to Login with below credentials for resetting password.
