WEEKLY REPORT:

Week 1:

During the first week of internship, they explained about the functioning of the Corporate
Personnel and IR department

Week 2:

Drafted a charge sheet for a dispute arise in the labour court on behalf of the management
and follow-up of the same. Attended recruitment process for technical employee selection
test procedure, where the applicant had to be taken for medical test and then to the written
test.

Week 3:

Learnt how Brakes India Private Limited do welfare measures like insurance and
compensation benefits to the employees who are all eligible. Assigned to segregate minimum
wages agreement and revision procedures. Gathered employee information who have retired
or resigned from the service for New pension scheme updation.

Week 4:

Learnt the process of Disciplinary action and domestic enquiry in the case of an employee
who absent himself continuously from work. This case has been handled within the
organization without any third party concialiation.
