 Ensure all hospital compliances and regulatory approvals are up-to-date.
 Work with the Hospital Operations team in addressing day to day problems to improve
efficiency and achieve set cataract surgery targets MoM. Visit hospitals, attend
audio/video calls with team.
 Ensure the Clinical & Health Establishment licensing regulations are complied with
in the hospitals, including Health Department, Municipality, Pollution Control, Fire,
Electricity, DBCS, PWD, Traffic compliances.
 Ensure all the hospitals are empanelled under TPA and Insurance companies.
 Coordinate all activities and requirements under Ayushman Bharat scheme.
 Getting NABH accreditation for the hospitals and renewals
 Patient Waiting time less than 1.5 hours
 Minimum 200 surgeries per month in the hub
 Coordinate with MU Team to conduct 20 camps per month with 4 mega camp in a
