Sch. Done – IB - 05.03.2025 N/CLI – ANAND PRAKASH/SEE
SPJ DEP- 00.33 hrs. (schedule DEP:-23.52)

LOAD – 22 = 44 S/ON – 20.00 AT CPR

CAUSE OF DETENTION: - DDS Blank & MCB 127.7 tripped .

Details of the case : -

23.33 hrs. :- Train T/Pass KPGM.


23.47 hrs.:- Train stop during entering in SPJ Yard at PF NO-5 due to LSCE lamp glowing and DDS blank..
23.49 hrs.:- Above information given by LP to TLC/SEE.
As per LP:-
Following trouble coming in Loco:-
1. Both cab DDS blank.
2. MCB-127.7 tripped.
3. MCB-127.82 tripped again and again.
23.51 hrs.:- Above information given to TLC/SPJ-Shashi Ranjan.
00.05 hrs.:- Loco failed by TLC/SEE and also informed to TLC/SPJ for arranged relief loco.
00.15 hrs.:- After HOG disconnect loco became normal.
00.23 hrs.:- Pressure ready and Train left ex-site.
00.26 hrs.:- Train arrived SPJ yard at PF NO-5 & block section clear.
As per LP Again HOG coupler connect at SPJ yard and same trouble comes in loco so finally HOG coupler disconnected.

Action taken by LP-


 1. LOCO put on Cooling mode but MRB not working.
 2. MCE OFF ON.
 3. MCB-110 & 112.1 tripped and reset but not success.
 4. Try from rear cab but not success.
 5. After HOG coupler disconnect then loco became normal

Other Repercussions: - 1.3420—Detained at SPJ HOME SIGNAL=00.03-00.28=25” min extra (punctuality Loss-IELC/37’’)
