AIT is a pioneer Institution in Engineering and Management Education which was established in 1980 and is
affiliated to Vishveshvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belagavi. Our institution is Approved by AICTE,
New Delhi and Recognized by Govt. of Karnataka and Accredited by NAAC with A Grade.

Students should compulsorily carry their college ID Card.
Registration form has to be submitted along with the letter from college.
Students should abide by the rules and regulations of the fest and the Institute.
Registrations are open till 10:00 AM and On the Spot registrations are also
entertained.
Registration can be done in advance by submitting the google form by
scanning QR Code in the brochure or in from the Event Poster, or by sending the
team particulars to the e-mail ID

Participants should bring the necessary requirements for the event participation
(laptop, Calculator, camera, Props for dance event etc.)
The decisions of the event judges are final & binding.

c. Nature (within premises) - 02 photo.
7. Photos shall be taken only in the presence of coordinators allotted
8. No such photos should be taken which shall harm the interest of others, If
found will be disqualified.

1. There should be one team from each college.
2. There should be 6-8 participants in each team.
3. The maximum performing time will be 5+1 minutes.
4. Participants should perform on given theme. Theme (Indian
Folklore(Janapada).
5. Costumes & other properties for dance have to be
arranged by participants themselves.
6. Props like glitter, water, color powder, crackers, fire &
inflammable items are strictly prohibited.
7. Any props to be used in the dance should be disclosed
During registration.
8. Song shall be submitted to the coordinator on or before 10th April 2025.

2. Duration of performance: 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Exceeding the time may lead to a deduction in marks
4. Kannada Cinema songs are allowed
5. Singers may use a Karaoke track or Instruments.
6. Use of vulgar, sexually explicit, violent language and or lyrics is strictly
prohibited.
7. Judgment is on the qualities like Swara, Taal and selection of song,
composition and overall impression.
8. The contestant should be dressed appropriately during the Performance.
