C. DISCUSSION PROPER
At around 1:30 PM, the meeting on the 3rd General Parent-Teacher Assembly began at the Covered Court. The said meeting
was participated by the attendees listed above.

Agenda 1 ● The meeting was called to order at 1:30 PM. It ● All parents and teachers are
started with the preliminaries. informed about the State of the

he reported the present condition of the school
and the previous school.
● Sir Eugene M. Abanto emphasized the significance
of stakeholders in assisting with all projects and
activities carried out by the school.
Agenda 2 ● The SPTA President, Mrs. Delia B. Antonio, ● All parents and teachers are
presented the association's accomplishment report aware of the SPTA
SPTA on the second agenda item. Accomplishment and SPTA

● Mrs. Delia B. Abanto stated that work is still being
done on the SPTA's proposed project, which is to
construct a canopy for the school pathway.
● Also, financial report from the SPTA Collecting
Disbursing Officer was then presented. It was
reported that the STEMazing event preparations
led to the utilization of the entire collection.
● The financial report is available for viewing by any
parent who requests access, she added.
Agenda 3 ● The School Governance Council (SGC) Updates, ● All parents and teachers are
given by Mr. Laurence M. Balmeo, the SGC's informed about the School
School Governance elected co-chairperson, were the third item on the Governance Council’s members
Council (SGC) agenda. and its achievements.
Report ● Mr. Laurence M. Balmeo, highlighted the
achievements of the SGC, including the control of
traffic outside the school and the ban on single-use
plastics outside and inside of school.
● Additionally, he presented the SGC members to
the parents
Agenda 4 ● The grade level chairpersons provided an update ● All parents and teachers are
on the year-end rites, stating that the moving up, aware of the schedule of year-end
Updates on the graduation, and recognition day will take place rites.
Year-end Rites on: May 31, 2024,
May 30, 2024, and
a. Recognition Rites May 29, 2024, respectively.

The SGC Co-chairperson Designate and the LSTHS Faculty POI, teacher Elizabeth T. Paquita delivered the final
remarks. After covering all relevant topics, the meeting was adjourned at 4:30 PM.
