The Common Academic Calendar for the Academic Year 2023-24 was published by the
Education Department, Govemment of Gujarat and with reference to that GTU had declared
the Summer Vacation for the Academic Year 2023-24. Now summer vacation duration has
been revised as per below mentioned details -

Note:
l. If the number of days falls less than 90 days in a particular program due to some
unforeseen reasons, it would be the responsibility of institutes to make good the loss by
arranging extra classes for the betterment of students. Academic Term will continue for
the courses whose term dates do not end before the starting date of Summer Vacation.
2. All TeachingAlon-Teaching staff have to perform all the duties allocated to them by
the University during this time period.
