Dear Sirs,

This has reference to your visit to my office and subsequent discussions with you; we are
pleased to place an order for 02 Units HAMM Soil Compactors, Model HAMM 311D under
following terms and conditions:

The Price quoted is in INR, including GST @ 18%, TCS 1%, Freight & Transit insurance from
Pune to our site and any other levies applicable at the time of shifting of the machine from Pune to
our site shall be extra.

1. PRICE:

2. DELIVERY SCHEDULE
The said equipment will be delivered within 7-8 days from the date of delivery order from
our financier OR after receipt of 100% payment.

3. FOC Spares:
You are requested to supply FOC spares of worth Rs. 1,00,000 per unit- along with the
machine.
4. PAYMENT TERMS :
Advance payment of 10% shall be released along with the PO and for balance amount
DO amount shall be released by our banker / financial institute immediately after Invoice.
5. COMMISSIONING :
You will depute your Service Engineer for commissioning the Machines at our site and
train our people free of charge during commissioning of the machines for a period of Seven
(7) days. However, Boarding, proper A/C Guest House/Hotel accommodation and
Transportation from Guest House/Hotel to the site will be arranged by us.
6. WARRANTY:
You will warranty free replacement of parts / assembly or repair at your cost against any
manufacturing defect and confirmation of the same at your works in Pune for a period of
12 months from the date of commissioning OR 1000 Operating hours, whichever occurs
earlier. This Warranty does not include any fast moving items, consumables, oils, rubber
items, electrical items and any other wearing parts in contact with the material to be
processed.
7. TERMS :-
“The machine is purchased for use in India only and should the same be exported outside
India before it clocks 1000 hours or one year whichever is later, then a penalty of 20 % of
the basic machine price would be levied on the purchaser and he has to pay this amount on
demand.
8. CLAUSE:
The above prices & terms mentioned in this purchase order are valid up to next 15
days only.
