We are a stealth-mode consumer tech start-up working on an innovative product that will
transform the way people engage with technology. While we are currently under wraps, this
is a unique opportunity to gain experience with a high-potential venture in its early stages.
We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to assist in building a talented
founding team.
Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing and identifying candidates for various roles (technical, operational,
and creative positions)
Screen resumes and applications, shortlisting suitable candidates
Conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess fit and qualifications
Coordinate interviews between candidates and senior management
Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records
Support Human Resources tasks related to recruitment for key hires, including co-
founders and advisors
Assist with other Human Resources-related tasks as required
Qualifications:
Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Previous Human Resources/recruitment experience is a plus, but not required
