Roles and Responsibilities
1. Drive analytics projects for our clients
a. Translate broad business problems into clear, coherent frameworks
b. Deploy a complex toolkit a of problem-solving approaches, participate in brainstorming sessions with the
team
c. Manipulate, merge, and create hygienic datasets from a variety of sources; be the subject-matter expert
on client data and trends
d. Use advanced statistical techniques (regression, machine learning) to create predictive algorithms,
economic valuation models, perform impact sizing, stress testing. Evaluate their performance and
finetune them to suit business needs
e. Combine insights from data and deep business understanding to create business cases and sharing
recommendations with CXOs
2. Client and Project Management

a. Work directly with client maps to understand the business context and data trends
b. Partner with them to address data issues and ensure consistency between data trends and actual
business performance
c. Present findings, updates, and recommendations to clients on a periodic basis
d. Ensure smooth delivery of the project, provide periodic updates to Indus leadership & to clients, highlight
roadblocks, etc.
3. Other Activities
a. Be involved in hiring activities of Indus
b. Lead internal workstreams, such as internal R&D projects, business development assistance, lead new
joining training sessions, etc.

We develop sophisticated predictive models & machine learning algorithms for our clients, and act as their extended teams
for ongoing analytical needs. Our focus is the financial services sector, where we add value in marketing analytics, customer
management analytics (churn, lifetime value modelling, next-best-offer, etc), and analytics in credit risk, pricing collections
& fraud areas.
1. Reducing cost of operating airlines by creating accurate and optimized schedules
2. Reducing losses for lending firms by creating machine learning-based models to identify high risk borrowers
3. Increasing marketing effectiveness by targeting customers likely to use the credit card being offered

3. CTC Breakup (after PPO)
a. Total Compensation: 18.5 LPA
i. Base: 14 Lakhs
ii. Joining Bonus: 2 (Paid with first-month salary)
iii. Variable: up to 1.4 Lakh (10% of Base; Performance-Based)
iv. Gratuity: 35K 5. Health Insurance: 22K
b. First year earnings: 16.53 LPA
