How to Create an Email Account in cPanel

1. Log in to cPanel:

- Go to https://yourdomain.com/cpanel or access it from your hosting dashboard.

- Enter your cPanel username and password.

2. Locate the Email Section:

- Scroll down to the 'Email' section.

- Click on 'Email Accounts'.

3. Create a New Email Account:

- Click the 'Create' button.

- Choose the domain you want to create the email for (if you have multiple).

- Enter the desired email username (e.g., info, support).

- Set a strong password or use the password generator.

- Optionally, set a storage space limit for the account.

- Click the 'Create' button to finish.

4. Access the Email Account:

- After creation, you can click 'Check Email' to open the webmail interface.

- Alternatively, set it up on email clients using IMAP/POP settings from cPanel.

5. Email Client Configuration (Optional):

- Find the email configuration settings in cPanel under 'Connect Devices'.

- Use those settings to connect your email to Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, etc.
