COMPLEX
1. Introduction

This report outlines the data collection and week-by-week construction progress for the proposed G+2
Residential Complex in Haldia Township, Gandhinagar. This will cover each stage of construction from site
preparation to handover, with specific focus on the work completed every week. The goal of this report is to
track the progress, identify potential issues, and ensure timely completion.

The project involves the construction of a 3-story residential building, comprising 12 apartments (4 units per
floor), with parking, amenities, and utilities.

2. Site Analysis and Initial Preparations

2.1 Project Overview

 Site Location: Haldia Township, Gandhinagar, West Bengal.


 Area: 10,000 square meters.
 Construction Duration: Estimated time is 18 to 24 months.

3. Data Collection & Initial Setup

3.1 Pre-Construction Phase (Week 1 - Week 2)

 Site Mobilization:
o Fencing of the site.
o Installation of temporary storage facilities for construction material.
o Setting up temporary office space for project management.
o Site-levelling and removal of debris.
 Surveying and Marking:
