Notice Inviting Expression of Interest

CORRIGENDUM - 1

With reference to our Expression of Interest (EoI) published in The Economic Times;
Business Standard & mint on 12.09.2023, it is being notified that the few modifications
in the Key Pre-requisite criteria for the EOI Nos. DRL/Ser/MB/2023-24/015 &
DRL/Ser/MB/2023-24/016 have been made while all other terms and conditions of the
said EoI shall remain unchanged.

Modifications to the Key Pre-requisite criteria for the EOI Nos. DRL/Ser/MB/2023-
24/015 & DRL/Ser/MB/2023-24/016 is annexed herewith for ready reference.

Interested bidders are requested to submit their responses within 3 weeks (i.e. by
01/03/2024) from the date of publication (09/02/2024) of this Corrigendum through
our website https://www.adaniwelspun.com (Contracts > Open EOIs) by clicking
“Submit Button” for the corresponding EOI listed. Bidders are requested to submit all
documents as stated below under general documents and service wise specific
documents. Bidders to note, the documents size should not be beyond 25 MB.

However, the respective parties may note that the Operator reserves its right to hire /
procure any of the above services / equipment on Standalone basis OR Bundled service
at its discretion. Parties may also note that mere submission of EOI and / or submission
of additional information does not automatically entitle them to claim for pre-
qualification.

The Operator reserves the right to modify/amend the terms of EOI at any point of time
without any intimation to parties/public.
