Announcement: SSC Public Examinations March 2025 Results Declaration
The SSC Public Examinations for March 2025 were conducted from 17th March 2025 to 1st
April 2025. The Spot Valuation of answer scripts was carried out at 26 evaluation camps
across the state from 3rd April to 9th April 2025.
A total of 6,19,286 candidates appeared for the SSC Public Examinations, March 2025, under
the Regular stream.
All students, parents, teachers, and stakeholders are hereby informed that the results of the
SSC Public Examinations, March 2025 is released.

For the first time, the results are being released simultaneously through multiple platforms:
• Mana Mitra (WhatsApp Governance Initiative)
• LEAP Mobile Application
• Official Results Portal: www.results.bse.ap.gov.in

I. Accessing Results via WhatsApp – Mana Mitra:


1. Send “Hi” to 95523 00009 on WhatsApp.
2. Click “Choose Service” (or “సేవను ఎంచుకండి”).
3. Select “Education Services” (or “విద్యా సేవలు”).
4. Choose “SSC March 10th Class - Results”.
5. Enter your Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
6. Click “Confirm” to receive the results on your WhatsApp.
II. Accessing Results via LEAP Mobile App:
1. Using Student/Parent Login:
• Install the latest version of the LEAP App.
• Select Student Login.
• Enter PEN ID / APAAR ID.
• Enter Date of Birth.
• Select SSC Results.
• View Results.
2. Using School Login:
• Install the latest version of the LEAP App.
• Select Student Bucket.
• Go to Student Assessment.
• Select SSC Exam Results.
• Click on the respective student’s name.
• View Result.
III. Accessing Results via Official Website:
• The results can be downloaded by the concerned School Headmasters through their
School Login at the official website: www.bse.ap.gov.in.
• Individual candidates can also download their results directly from the same website.

Key Highlights – Regular Candidates
• Total Number of Schools that presented candidates: 11,819
• Total Number of Candidates Appeared in SSC Public Examinations: 6,14,459
• State-Wide Pass Percentage (Regular Candidates): 81.14%
• Pass Percentage – Boys: 78.31%
• Pass Percentage – Girls: 84.09%
• The overall pass percentage of girls is 5.78% higher than that of boys.
• A total of 1,680 schools achieved a 100% pass rate.
• 19 schools reported a 0% pass rate.
• Parvathipuram Manyam district recorded the highest pass percentage in the state at
93.90%.
• Alluri Sitharama Raju district recorded the lowest pass percentage at 47.64%.
• Andhra Pradesh Residential Schools achieved the highest pass percentage at 95.02%.
• The division-wise distribution of appeared candidates is as follows: 65.36% secured First
Division, 10.69% secured Second Division, and 5.09% secured Third Division.
• A review of year-wise performance trends from 2015 to 2025 shows consistent pass rates
above 90% up to 2019, with 100% pass percentages in 2020 and 2021 due to pandemic-
related policies. The lowest pass rate was observed in 2022 (67.26%), followed by a
gradual recovery to 81.14% in 2025.
• The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2025 are scheduled from 19-05-2025 to
28-05-2025. Examination fee payments can be made through HM Login at
www.bse.ap.gov.in, from 24-04-2025 to 30-04-2025 without late fee, and from 01-05-2025
to 18-05-2025 with a late fee of ₹50.
• Candidates who wish to apply for Recounting or Reverification of answer scripts may do so
online from 24-04-2025 (10:00 AM) to 01-05-2025 (11:00 PM). The fee for Recounting is
₹500 per subject, and the fee for Reverification is ₹1,000 per subject. Applications must be
submitted only through the official website, and payments through CFMS Citizen
Challan will not be accepted.
• Digitally signed Migration Certificates will be available for download to Head Masters via
the official website four days after the results are declared, for candidates who opted for
the certificate during the application process. These should be issued to the students along
with their subject-wise marks memos.
• The original SSC Pass Certificates will be dispatched to schools in due course. The Head
Master is responsible for issuing these certificates to students after affixing their
signature on each certificate.

10. Important Information for SSC March 2025 Candidates

I. The results declared for the SSC Public Examinations, March 2025, along with the marks and
divisions awarded, are provisional and intended for the issuance of the Secondary School
Certificate (SSC) by the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh.
II. The SSC Advanced Supplementary Examinations, 2025 are scheduled to be conducted from
19-05-2025 to 28-05-2025.
III. The detailed timetable for the Advanced Supplementary Examinations will be announced in
due course. Candidates who have not passed and wish to appear are advised to remit the
examination fee as per the following schedule without waiting for the outcome of recounting
or reverification:

IV. The Memorandum of Subject-wise Performance will be hosted on the official website within
four (4) days of result publication to enable seamless admission into First Year Intermediate
Courses.
V. School Head Masters can download the school-wise memoranda and individual short
memos from their respective School Logins.
VI. Individual students may also download their results and memoranda directly from
https://results.bse.ap.gov.in without needing to visit the school.
VII. The SSC Certificates will be awarded to all passed candidates and dispatched to the
concerned schools in due course.

VIII. The Extracted Nominal Roll of failed candidates eligible for the Advanced Supplementary
Examinations, May 2025, will be made available on the official website from 24-04-2025.
IX. The results of some candidates may be withheld due to pending information from schools,
camps, or centers. These results will be released once the necessary details are finalized.
X. Instructions on Recounting & Reverification
1) Application Window:
Candidates may apply for Recounting and Reverification of answer scripts through the online
application available at www.bse.ap.gov.in from 24-04-2025 at 10:00 AM to 01-05-2025 till
11:00 PM.
Note: The earlier manual/offline process has been discontinued. Only online applications will
be accepted.
2) Application Process:
Candidates wishing to apply must contact their respective School Head Master (HM)
without delay and submit the application fee through the school.
3) Instructions for School Authorities:
The Head Master / Principal / Correspondent must carefully review the User Manual
provided within the Online Application portal before initiating the submission and payment
process for recounting and reverification.
4) Fee Payment Guidelines:
a) All payments must be made within the Online Application portal only, available at
www.bse.ap.gov.in.
b) Payments through CFMS Citizen Challan are strictly not accepted under any
circumstances.
c) Any such payments will be deemed invalid and will not be refunded or adjusted.
d) The Office of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., holds no responsibility
for payments made via unauthorized modes such as CFMS Citizen Challan.
5) Documents to Be Prepared by the Head Master (HM):
Before initiating the online application, the HM must ensure the following are ready:
a) A list of students from the school who appeared for the SSC Public Examinations, March
2025.
b) A list of subjects/papers for which each student intends to apply for Recounting or
Reverification.
(It is advised that the HM consult each student individually to confirm the subjects.)
c) The Mobile Number and Email ID of the Student or Parent, which are mandatory fields
in the online application.
d) The required application fee, which must be paid online using Debit Card, Credit Card,
Internet Banking, or UPI.
6) Application Fee Details:
a) Recounting Fee (per subject): ₹500/-
b) Reverification Fee (per subject): ₹1,000/-
7) Payment Flexibility and Submission Advice:
a) Fee payment can be done in a single transaction or in multiple transcations, depending
on the number of students and subjects.
b) Applications do not need to be submitted all at once.
c) The number of subjects for each student may be increased as needed.

d) It is strongly advised not to wait until the last day to complete applications and fee
submission.
8) Mode of Submission – Strict Guidelines:
a) Offline submission is not permitted.
b) Applications sent by post or submitted in person at the Office of the Director of
Government Examinations (O/o DGE, A.P.) or at the District Education Offices (O/o
DEOs) will not be accepted under any circumstances.

11. MIGRATION CERTIFICATE:


I. Candidates who have opted for a Migration Certificate while submitting their examination
application and fees may approach their respective School Head Master (HM) to obtain the
same.
The Digitally Signed Migration Certificate will be made available on the official website
www.bse.ap.gov.in, four (4) days after the declaration of results.
II. The Head Master is responsible for downloading the Migration Certificates, which will be
available in Colour PDF format, and distributing them to the respective candidates along
with the Subject-wise Marks Memorandum, without fail.

12. Original SSC Pass Certificate


I. The Original SSC Pass Certificates, along with the subject-wise marks, will be dispatched
to all schools in due course.
II.The concerned Head Master shall ensure that each certificate is duly signed and handed
over to the respective student personally.
