NEW Mix Design M-25 Flyash

The document outlines the mix design for M-25 concrete, specifying a target compressive strength of 25 N/mm² at 28 days and detailing the materials used, including cement, aggregates, and admixtures. It provides test data for the materials, including specific gravities, water absorption, and grading requirements according to IS 383. Additionally, it includes the actual quantities required for the mix per cubic meter of concrete and notes on adjustments needed based on aggregate conditions.

1 The above mentioned coarse and fine aggregates are in saturated surface dry condition.
2 Admixture Doses should increases and decreases as per site condition
3 If dry aggregates are used, the amount of mixing water should be increased by an amount equal to the moisture likely
to be absorbed by the aggregate.
4 If wet aggregate are used, necessary adjustments should be made on mixing water and aggregate depending upon the
amount of free (surface) Moisture present.
5 It will be advised to check the silt content of sand at frequent intervals during the supply. If the silt Content in sand is
higher than the permissible limit the sand may require washing.
6 The mix design can be adopted at the site after carrying out trials, as usual.
