With reference to our personal discussion, we are pleased to give you our offer for the
following grade of concrete.

Terms and Conditions:


 The above rates are as per our mix design as per ISO 456:2000. In case of any changes
according to your Requirements the rates will be altered accordingly.
 The minimum order for pumping shall be 24 cum and for dump shall be 6cum.
 You are requested to provide 1-2 bags of cement free of cost before pumping begins.
 The Purchase order for supplies should be in the name of Kadaieswari Readymix

Tax Invoice (Bills) of RMC will be raised by us based on our delivery challan quantity and
not on actual site measurement basis. However, if any discrepancy is seen, it should be
brought to our notice in writing immediately to ensure that any shortage is investigated or
eliminated. Other than normal wastage at the site.
 No quantity discrepancy will be entertained after 24hours.
 Credit Time For Supplied Material is 7 days from the date of supply
