Subject: Notice of Dharna Strike Demanding Addressal of FTTH
Partner Grievances
Dear Sir,
We, TNBFFA, the Fiber to the Home (FTTH) partners of BSNL, are writing to
you with utmost concern regarding the unresolved issues and grievances
that have been raised on multiple occasions but have yet to be addressed
in a satisfactory manner.
As FTTH partners, we have been working diligently to provide services to
BSNL customers. However, the lack of clear communication, delay in
payments, and unresolved operational issues are severely affecting our
ability to serve the public efficiently. We have made numerous requests and
raised our concerns in meetings, but there has been little to no progress
made towards resolving these issues.
We are now left with no other choice but to escalate our concerns to a
point where we are compelled to take direct action. Therefore, we are
giving you a formal notice that if our demands and grievances are not
immediately addressed and resolved, we, the FTTH partners, will be forced
to initiate a Dharna/Harthal Strike held on 7.4.25. This strike will continue
until our issues are addressed in a fair and reasonable manner.
The key grievances that need urgent resolution include, but are not limited
to:
1. Delay in Payment: Outstanding dues and delayed payments are
severely affecting our financial stability and business operations.
2. Lack of Communication and Support: We are often left without
adequate support from BSNL regarding technical and operational
challenges.
3. Non-Transparent Processes: There is a lack of clarity and
transparency in the procedures followed for settlements, updates, and
other business-related processes.
4. Unresolved Operational Issues: Issues related to service
provisioning, connectivity, OTT and technical glitches need immediate
attention.
We sincerely hope that BSNL will take immediate action to address these
concerns, and we remain hopeful that this matter can be resolved without
the need for further escalation.
If our concerns are not addressed within 15 Days, we will have no choice
but to proceed with our planned strike, which will disrupt operations and
services, affecting both BSNL and the general public.
We request a prompt meeting to discuss and resolve these issues before
the situation escalates.
Yours sincerely,
TNBFFA
