CLIMATE CONDITION
In Cyprus, there are about 300—340 sunny days per year, and this is the only European country
where the sea is warm and suitable for swimming, even in November. The average air
temperature in winter is +13…15°C, and in summer it is +30…36°C.

AVERAGE SALARY
The average salary in Cyprus often reflects the economic situation on the island, combining influences
from both local and international markets. As of recent years, the average monthly salary in Cyprus is
generally between €1,800 and €2,200.
This amount represents the gross income before taxes and social security contributions are
deducted. The private sector tends to offer slightly higher wages than the public sector, excluding
certain high- ranking government positions. It’s important to note that the average monthly salary
can vary significantly based on the industry, individual qualifications, work experience, and the
specific region of Cyprus.
CYPRUS PASSPORT RANKING
The Cypriot passport is currently ranked 16th place on the Guide Passport Index. It provides
visa-free access to 178 countries. With a high mobility score it is one of the highest-ranking
passports in the world. Cypriot passport holders have visa-free access and visas on arrival to
countries such as United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates, Japan and the entire European Union.
This allows almost instant travel opportunities worldwide. Cypriot passport holders do however
require a visa to enter about 52 destinations in the world. Some countries where a visa is
required are China, India and the United States.

ECONOMIC CONDITION
Cyprus's Gross Domestic Product (GDP) World Economics estimates Cyprus's
GDP to be $60 billion - 27% larger than official estimates.
Cyprus' economy in numbers:
• Nominal GDP of USD 29.2 billion in 2022.
• GDP per capita of USD 32,262 compared to the global average of USD 10,589.
• Average real GDP growth of 2.4% over the last decade.
Economic structure:
In 2021, services accounted for 85% of overall GDP, manufacturing 6%, other industrial
activity 7%, and agriculture 2%. Looking at GDP by expenditure, private consumption
accounted for 62% of GDP in 2021, government consumption 20%, fixed investment 17%,
and net exports 1%.

Hospitality and Tourism)
• Master’s Total Fees is €8,925 for 18 Months (Applicable for other remaining programs)

• Applicants with a graduate degree can apply
• IELTS 5 bands, PTE 58, and TOEFL 71 (Please refer to English Exams sheet*)

Foundation Program fees is €5,500

• Applicants with a 10+2 / any graduate can apply
• IELTS 4 bands, PTE 43, and TOEFL 42 (Please refer to English Exams sheet*)

1. After the Foundation year student can move to bachelor’s or master’s degree and can avail up to 50% of scholarships
on his further studies
